I woke up to snow on the ground this morning. It is so nice when it snows, it seems the whole city quiets down. There is hardly anyone on the road and everyone slows down and it's feels so nice and relaxing to watch the flakes falling to the ground or collecting on the bushes. It is hard to spot My Jipper in this sea of white, and after calling him many times I noticed he was just a few feet away looking at me curiously with those small black eyes of his. We did NOT go for a walk this morning, as the ice on the side walks caused me some concern and too much foot / ankle work to bother. I am going to make some cinnamin buns and hot cocoa for now..... The Sun is going to come out and this will all melt away soon!
